Performance management training
We have two public training programmes on managing performance (i) managing performance at the company level, and (ii) Managing Performance and Appraisals at the employee level.
Attend these two programmes to learn how to (i) craft company vision, mission, and objectives for key results and setting KPI, and (ii) implementing a performance management system for managing employees with the following public programmes. In house programmes (on request) are also available.
