The Inside:
If you want something quick and ready, probably while your property is in the building stage or you are an expatriate, this is the right apartment for you. Practically everything is there: Fridge, bed, cooking stove, hot water shower, air-cond, dining table, sofa, renovated room, grills, curtains etc. You just need to only bring your personal belongs, your bedsheet and pillows.
The Vicinity:

Reason it was let out:
I intended to stay there and furnished it to suit me. However, things changed and I have to stay elsewhere.
What I want out of the Tenant:
The preferred tenant would be a houseproud professional single or couple with a strong code of ethics and would care for the house as much as I have taken the trouble to make it homely.

Any downside?
That’s a fair question. Just like any apartment, there is bound to be some vandalism and the former residents had done some damage to the lift walls. The management has since painted it but it is still not that great. This will have to wait till the management do a major repainting.
Any immigrants? Is the neighbourhood safe? These immigrants have been drastically reduced recently in view of crackdowns by the police. Currently they are replaced by expatriates working in CyberJaya and this has improved the neighbourhood quite a bit. Now the apartment consist of a good mix of Malaysians and everything is convenient – including a Pasar Malam every Wednesday.
Why am I telling you these?; Because if you are not comfortable and want something very classy and expect a lot, you may be disappointed. If you are not comfortable with the external looks of a 10 years old apartment block, don’t bother to come or contact me. I am not trying to be arrogant. I just want you to have a realistic expectation. You are not paying RM4000 for a “Mont Kiara”.

All in, considering the good and the not so good, is all the above offered good value for only RM750, furnishing and maintenance included? If yes, you should talk to me and have a drink with me which I go over the details with you..
My request is that you follow the terms of the tenancy properly and look after the properly like your own. If you are a law-abiding tenant, you will find that I am a firm but an easy going landlord.
